Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Fulfillment of Services:

Most services (e.g., readings, sessions, and digital downloads) are delivered via email or hosted in a secure member portal. Access is typically granted within 24–48 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Refunds:

All sales are final due to the energetic and digital nature of our services. We do not offer refunds once services have been rendered or access to content has been provided. In the case of a duplicate purchase or a technical error on our part, please contact us within 7 days for resolution. All references to “ManifestingZen” or “Darryl Elvina” in these policies also apply to DarrylElvinaConsulting and other services provided through Entrepreneur’s Zen, LLC.

Returns:

Digital products or rendered services cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for in-person or virtual services. Physical products (if offered) may be eligible for return per our published return policy.

Cancellations:

For scheduled sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting [email protected].

Financial Responsibility and Chargebacks:

By making a purchase through ManifestingZen or Entrepreneur’sZen, you agree that all charges are final and non-refundable, as services are delivered digitally or involve scheduled time commitments. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. All references to “ManifestingZen” or “Darryl Elvina” in these policies also apply to Darryl Elvina Consulting and other services provided through Entrepreneur’s Zen, LLC.

Client Responsibility:

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, including all decisions and actions before, during, and after your participation in services. You release Darryl Elvina and ManifestingZen/Entrepreneur’s Zen from all liability for outcomes related to your engagement with our offerings.
